The brand operates exclusively with registered B2B clients, serving dozens of retail stores, event planners, and businesses in the decoration industry. The client approached us with the task of creating not just an online store, but a complete digital platform built on WooCommerce—one that would reflect the spirit of their products, offer fast and user-friendly navigation, and support the complex needs of their business audience.

The Challenge

The project required a complete build from scratch, both visually and functionally. Expectations included not only an attractive design but also detailed product filtering, dynamic category management, fast page loading, and full integration with local payment and shipping providers. The client needed a modern, fast, and secure WooCommerce online store that would be easy to manage and scalable for future growth.

Our Approach


We focused on delivering a clean, elegant design that showcases the brand’s premium feel while ensuring the platform is flexible enough to support their multi-market goals.
We began the process by designing a unique user interface, crafted by our team of UI/UX designers. The visual concept was inspired by the vibrant and joyful nature of balloons and party products, with a strong focus on user convenience. Once the design was approved, we moved to custom development of a WooCommerce theme, fully aligned with the project specifications and built entirely without pre-made templates. This allowed us to ensure maximum performance, full control over the structure, and optimal experience for both end users and administrators.

Key Features


The site is built as a B2B platform where users register and gain access to pricing and ordering only after being approved by an administrator. Once logged in, they have access to a rich product catalog with precise filtering by brand, color, material, and other attributes. We implemented logic for manual product sorting within categories, along with an optimized checkout flow integrated with card payments and Econt delivery, including in-store pickup options. All features are designed to support efficient B2B clients in a high-speed online shopping environment.

Admin & Marketing


The client has access to an intuitive admin panel for managing products, orders, inventory, and customers. We provided team training and documentation for working with the system. The platform includes integrations with Google Analytics for user behavior tracking. Everything was developed in compliance with GDPR and ecommerce security best practices.
