Tochici is a leader in the market of babies and kids clothes. With more than 25 years of experience and 9 shops in Sofia, the brand is a synonym of quality and care for the most precious ones, the kids. Grind Web Study helped Tochici to re-launch their online store. It is bigger than any single one from the brand stores and with all of their products in one place. Together with Tochici, we thought of the busy parents who do not have time to go shopping with a convenient online store where they can shop from home and get the order within 1-2 business days nationwide.

The Challenge

Tochici products are distinguished by their fabrics, style, and detail. The site would have to overcome the challenges of the customer not being able to touch them by presenting the clothes as real as possible. It would have to grab attention and engage the user with the overall effectiveness that was lacking in the previous web store. The achieved result is a stylish online store following all the latest trends and at the same time with easy-to-use UX.

Many Stylish and Comfortable Clothes

The main page lets the user choose between 3 main categories – baby, girl or boys clothes. Also, categories such as sales or new products can be visited. Simple design, the newest products, provided brands banner, information about Tochici, completed with gentle background animation, fulfill customer and brand experience.

Filters and Why We Need Them

Our team organized the online store thousands of products by different filters and categories to simplify the choosing process. Filters such as brand, size, price, and color turn the user shopping experience into child play. After pressing Show filtеred items, selected products appear on the screen and give useful information about price, brand, available sizes, and all of this even before choosing one.

As Tochici user, by choosing a wanted product, you are redirected to its product page. Complete information about the product, delivery, and return details, combined with easy-to-use UX, let you buy or add the wanted item into the wish list.
