The client’s existing Shopify implementation lacked the control and functionality it wanted, and the store’s appearance needed updating. The NAP Lab chose to move to WooCommerce. Our goal was a fully customised store designed around its business requirements and sales journey.

The homepage makes a calm first impression through minimal design, soft colours and imagery. Following the Scandinavian style, it presents the essentials for shopping: navigation, search, cart and current promotions.
The product range is easy to browse, with clear presentation and the information customers need to choose.

A practical cart is essential. Easy editing and access from anywhere in the store help customers manage their purchase.
We redesigned checkout to make payment feel straightforward. It combines a quick cart overview, essential order fields and payment within the store, presented through a clear, minimal interface.

The store uses custom blocks that can be reused across the website and on landing pages. This gives the business flexibility and control as it develops.
The website was built with optimisation and speed in mind.
The store integrates with Ingrid, Collector, Klaviyo, Stamped.io and other tools. The project also connects warehouse, delivery, distribution, analytics and marketing services.

The store adapts to different devices, supporting shopping on desktop and on the move. Heatmaps and UX tests informed improvements to the overall customer experience.
‘We are pleased with the results, including the site’s speed and Grind’s ability to meet deadlines. User numbers increased, bringing more customers to the website. Grind delivered what was promised, within the agreed time and budget. That is rare in the industry.’
