First Estates is a multinational real-estate agency providing services from start to finish. It combines tradition and innovation to offer individual solutions for its customers.
Our work with First Estates began in 2013, when we created the brand’s first web platform and CRM software. By the time of this redesign, the relationship had lasted more than seven years. Changing UX practices and customer expectations created a need to refresh the platform’s appearance and experience, and First Estates trusted us with the next stage.
First Estates needed to improve the platform’s user experience and bring its design up to date. The goal was to attract customers through better usability, a more personal property search and greater trust. Integrating a new external CRM system was another key challenge.
We needed to migrate existing data and make agents’ work easier through improved functionality and real-time information for agents and customers. The interface also needed a clear customer journey from beginning to end.
We explored several iterations to define an experience around the client’s needs. Weeks of meetings, analysis and discussion with First Estates led to the design solution. The project aimed to personalise property discovery, build trust and provide useful information about Sofia and the opportunities available in each neighbourhood.
First Estates combines property search with lifestyle guides covering Sofia, its neighbourhoods and local properties. These features help visitors understand an area as well as find a suitable home.
First impressions form quickly. We created a welcoming homepage that captures attention through clear, intuitive design and useful content.
An accessible search helps visitors define what they need. Available at key points, it supports property types, price ranges, amenities, map locations and further filters to simplify discovery.
Customers can view relevant properties in several ways. An interactive map shows a property and similar options nearby. A single click switches to a clustered view of available results, helping customers discover more properties in their preferred area.
Each property has a dedicated page with a clear design, specific features, photographs, video or a 360-degree panoramic tour.
The property page provides detailed information and a direct connection to the responsible agent. Visitors can make an offer from that property’s page.
The new website offers a clear user journey, balanced content and a responsive interface that provides a consistent experience across screen sizes.
