The Challenge
Esthederm already had an online store for the Bulgarian market, but the existing experience did not meet the expectations of a premium skincare brand. The design felt outdated, and the user journey was not optimized for conversion or mobile performance.
The goal was to:
- Improve the overall UX and UI to better reflect the brand’s global identity
- Create a scalable foundation for future product lines, campaigns, and bundles
- Optimize for speed, mobile usability, and on-site engagement
In addition, the client needed a more intuitive way to manage promotions, discounts, and local delivery options, all while delivering a luxury experience consistent with Esthederm’s global positioning.
