The store was built on Shopify, replacing an unstable WooCommerce setup. We integrated the BeyondCart mobile app builder for iOS and Android with push notification CRM capabilities, alongside a loyalty and rewards program to drive retention. Shopify Flow was used to automate key post-purchase sequences, reward points notifications, win-back campaigns, and loyalty tier update, reducing manual work and keeping customers engaged automatically.

The Challenge

Vintagesummerfashion had outgrown WooCommerce. Slow load times and recurring instability were eroding customer trust and hurting conversions. The UX had accumulated friction and unclear navigation, drop-off points in the purchase flow. A full platform change was the only real solution.

Our Approach

Before any development began, we audited the existing store to understand where performance was breaking down and where customers were dropping off. We then planned a migration that would bring every product, customer, and order across without data loss. The UX was redesigned from the ground up alongside the technical work.

A clean, fast Shopify store with a redesigned purchase flow built to reduce friction and increase conversions. Full data migration from WooCommerce with no loss of history. A native mobile app giving shoppers a dedicated iOS and Android experience, with push notifications as a retention channel.
