2019 was an outstanding year for Grind. Our performance was as professional as expected, resulting in steady revenue growth and operational success. Looking back on milestones reached and goals accomplished this year, we want to thank every member of our team for their hard efforts to help our partners and clients to grow their businesses faster and stronger. Also not to forget their and unimaginable skills and creative thinking and celebrate their success.
Changes to our team structure in 2019
Design Team: We welcomed two new talented and highly motivated members of our design team to make a total of four designers at Grind Studio. They specialize in motion design and 3D modelling, areas we want to improve on in 2020. Our other two designers part from the family for years gained a wealth of experience that will enrich the team’s abilities and move them forward. We praise the entire design team for their commitment to quality and attention to detail that delivered innovative UIs to always provide user-friendly UX for our clients.
Development team: We added new players to our development team. Among them, senior specialists and other junior members of the team, with whom we are happy to share our knowledge and experience. We thank our development team for their continued efforts and hard work.
Administration Team: Our administration team consists of our Project & Account Manager and Operations Manager. Their focus is on communication between our clients and our team. They also facilitate the delivery of completed Grind projects. We are grateful for their valued contributions and professionalism at Grind.
Grind Projects 2019:
Grind Web Studio created and improved the following projects over the past year. Each project was handled with the utmost efficiency, accuracy and delivered in a timely manner.
Abo Pharma develops and distributes health supplements and medical products that promote the health, wellness and vitality of their customers.
We created Abo Pharma’s website with the purpose of showcasing their product portfolio to their broad customer base.

Interesting facts & events at Grind in 2019
- One of the best B2B rating platforms Clutch featured Grind as proven expert among the top service providers in Eastern Europe.
- We relocated our office to 280 Tsar Simeon str., 4th floor and now a whole floor is dedicated to our outstanding team.
- A few babies were born. We are expecting one more bundle of joy.
- Maintained a healthy employee retention rate which is an excellent sign. Hope to keep the team at Grind for many more years.
- The customer retention rate was very high in 2019, close to 100%.
- We celebrate our 6th anniversary in December 2019.
We want to acknowledge and thank each and every member of the team for their tireless efforts in making 2019 a successful year for Grind.
What we plan to improve on in 2020:
- Gaining more knowledge with new technologies which power the web world.
- Creating more products & solutions which will help our e-commerce customers to maximize sales.

- Add more incentives for our team in addition to the existing financial plans and bonus schemes.
